Local "Mother and Son" Video

Local "Mother and Son" Video

We are excited to share the fourth short film in the "Share Our Stories" series about local people in Hawaii living with hepatitis.

"Mother and Son" features Peter Nguyen with his mom, Nga Xuan, as they retell how he helped her address her hepatitis C by acting as her advocate and translator.

Mahalo to Peter, Nga, and filmmaker Alexander Bocchieri!

Welcome, West Hawaii Community Health Center!

We are excited to welcome to our newest partner agency, West Hawaii Community Health Center

Located on the West side of Hawaii Island, WHCHC’s mission is to provide quality, comprehensive, and integrated health services accessible to all who pass through our doors regardless of their ability to pay.  These services are culturally sensitive and promote community well-being through the practice of “malama pono” (caring for others in a way that is right).
