Partners in Care Homelessness Conference 2023

We are excited to welcome to our newest partner agency, Partners in Care (PIC)!

PIC is a coalition made up of nonprofit homeless providers, government stakeholders, private businesses, community advocates, public housing agencies, hospitals, universities, affordable housing developers, law enforcement, and persons experiencing houselessness and formerly houseless persons.

Located on O‘ahu, PIC is a planning, coordinating, and advocacy alliance that develops recommendations for programs and services to address the needs of houseless people.
