Get Tested

Most people with hepatitis B or C in Hawai`i don’t know they have it. Symptoms can take many years to show, so it is important to get tested even if you feel fine.

Where can I get tested?

  • Ask your healthcare provider for the blood tests for hepatitis B and/or C. You can print out these referral letters on hepatitis B and hepatitis C testing to take to your next appointment.

  • If you are uninsured, you can use the map above (or download the list of free testing sites) to find places near you for free testing.
