Hawaiʻi has high rates of liver cancer, and one of the leading causes is vaccine-preventable hepatitis B. To address this, we are collaborating with local and national partners to host a free series of community talk story sessions on hepatitis B vaccine updates, including:

  • new universal adult recommendations,

  • two-dose option,

  • and co-administration opportunities with other vaccines.

Hepatitis B Vaccine Opportunities in Hawai'i will be held on Wednesday, March 16 at 12 pm HST.
