Description This is the second of four in the NHCN webinar series. Webinars will each feature presenter resources/tools, emerging research, lessons from the field, and regional best practices. Presentations will highlight successes, systems-level changes, and/or tangible steps for implementation. Featuring lawyers and policy experts who have experience in viral hepatitis and correctional settings. Attendees will learn about the why, what, and how of HCV litigation for correctional facilities.

This webinar will focus on the current landscape of HCV litigation in correctional settings in the United States. Presenters will walk participants through the stages of an HCV lawsuit, define common terms used throughout HCV litigation, and provide best practices for next steps after resolution.
